Gemma Cole

Originally from North London and have now have lived in Rossendale for the past 14 years.  Growing up as a child I was always told that I had the gift of the gab so when leaving school, I went in to the travel industry to which give me the opportunity to speak to clients building relationships and meeting new people on a daily basis which I loved and still love.

Right from the start of my career I became a top sales performer selling and booking the most package holiday deals.  I then moved up to the sunny north, where my real career started within the Employment Law and Health & Safety industry.   I gained a vast amount of knowledge over the decade spent in the HR and Health & Safety world.  In that time, I helped many SME’s ensure that they were compliant and competent with Employment Law & Health Safety from legal advice, contract policies, procedures and representation at tribunal hearings. Moving up north and going in to the HR world had a lot of positives in life for me and is where I met my current business partner Julie Hinchliffe.

Julie and I connected and were both very business minded along with being target driven and motivated right from the start of our working relationship. We have met a lot of people over the years and have built some really good relationships with clients across the North West. After 10 great years in the Human Resources and Health & Safety sectors, I decided that I wanted to go into the Education/Recruitment sector and help support other people providing advice and guidance in their career change.  This was such a rewarding job in which I have witnessed many candidates start their career pathway and succeed in a job they loved.

A few years later Julie and I decided that we would open our own company and utilise all our knowledge and skills that we had built and provide a quality service to existing and new clients that would help grow their business with great candidates and ensure that they have access to HR and Health & Safety if required, and training to enhance their employee’s skills.
